St. Joseph Take Off Pounds Sensibility (TOPS)

TOPS is a weight loss program through group support and education run by the Parish Nurse Program. We encourage regular attendance, keep all confidentialities, and add lots of smiles.

Cost:   

 $20 annual dues; $2 weekly

 Thursday, 6 pm
