During the next few weeks we are asking you to help us defray our cost by donating the following items.  Please place them in the boxes as you enter Church.

• April   19 - 20       Paper plates 6" and 9"

• April   26 - 27       Napkin/Paper Towels

• May       3 - 4        Paper Towels/Napkins

• May    10 - 11       Cold Cups 9 oz.

• May    17 - 18       Ketchup in squeeze bottles

If you miss a week you can bring it at any time.

If you would rather give cash contribution instead of the above items, please fill out the form below, place it in an envelope marked "Carnival Supplies", and drop it in the collection basket.
