Dear Friends of St. Joseph Parish:

Our annual Parish Carnival is just around the corner. This year it will be held from Tuesday May 20th through Saturday May 24th. We have been fortunate that our Carnival has grown each year, becoming more popular not only with our city residents, but also with those residing throughout the Valley. This year we anticipate another banner crowd with attendance expected to reach at least 12,500 people over the five-day period.

We would appreciate your support by sponsoring a booth at the carnival a very inexpensive way to show support for our parish and school. A sign prominently displayed in the booth will acknowledge your sponsorship. Booth sponsors for the five­day Carnival period are as follows: general game booth, $35; food booth, $50; Grand Walkway (entrance to the food tents), $100. the nightly sponsor is the highest donation which is for $250 and it includes: 3 signs that will remain up all 5 nights of the carnival and one night during the Carnival your business would be chosen to be the "Business of the Night." this means that your business' name will be announced over the P.A. system each hour of the carnival.

St. Joseph School is the recipient of all the proceeds of the Carnival. We are in need of the generous support of all our friends and parishioners and we hope we can count on your help. If you would like to sponsor a booth, please complete the bottom portion of this letter and return it with your sponsorship payment to St. Joseph c/o Carnival Sponsor Committee by Friday May 16th, 2008.
